We are a growing law firm seeking a litigation attorney to join our family law practice. Responsibilities

Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in matters related to family law.
Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis on various cases and legal issues.
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents.
Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations affecting clients’ interests.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop effective legal strategies.
Maintain accurate records of case files and documentation using legal administrative tools.
Utilize vLex Fastcase for research purposes to support case preparation and strategy development.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel throughout the legal process.

Skills

Proficiency in family law is preferred.
Strong understanding of family law is preferred, but will train the right applicant.
Excellent research skills.
Ability to draft clear and concise legal documents with attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective client interaction.
Experience with Legal administrative tasks is beneficial.
Proficient in using vLex Fastcase for conducting thorough legal research.
