We’re looking for a seasoned legal expert with 7-12+ years specializing in capital markets documentation. This role includes managing institutional agreements like ISDA and GMRA while actively engaging with internal and external stakeholders. Strengthen trading operations by resolving client onboarding delays and establishing robust governance practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate lifecycle management of capital markets agreements
• Lead negotiation processes and identify bespoke legal issues
• Manage documentation intake and prioritize execution
• Establish effective operating frameworks and controls
• Serve as a liaison between Capital Markets and legal teams
Requirements:
• Juris Doctor or equivalent law degree preferred
• 7-12+ years experience in capital markets negotiation
• In-depth understanding of ISDA and CSA agreements
• Knowledge of GMSLA and repo documentation preferred
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder demands under deadlines
