Duties:

Handle complex transactions and regulatory issues related to capital markets.
Engage with clients on Fin Tech-related legal matters and emerging technologies.
Develop and implement strategic legal solutions for clients in the Fin Tech sector.
Manage multiple client matters efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in capital markets and Fin Tech.
Requirements:
3-5 years of relevant experience in capital markets, securities law, or Fin Tech.
Familiarity with U.S. securities laws and regulations.
Proven experience advising on equity and debt capital markets transactions.
Experience with SEC reporting and general corporate matters.
Strong interest and experience in Fin Tech-related legal issues.
Demonstrated achievement drive and high performance in prior roles.
Exceptional client management skills and ability to develop strong client relationships.
Education:
Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
Licensed to practice law in California.
Skills:
In-depth knowledge of U.S. securities laws and capital markets regulations.
Expertise in advising on equity and debt transactions and SEC reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
