Gain experience on a wide range of complex, high-profile capital markets and derivatives transactions for a prestigious global clientele. Work alongside leading partners and talented associates on
innovative
and market-shaping deals. Assist with drafting, negotiating, and closing a variety of capital markets transactions, including structured products, securitizations, and derivatives. Conduct legal research, prepare due diligence materials, and manage client communications.
Develop your legal and commercial skills in a
fast-paced
and
dynamic environment
. We are looking for a candidate with: A minimum of 3 status with up to 6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in a capital markets or derivatives practice. A strong academic background in law. Excellent analytical and
problem-solving skills
. A keen eye for detail and a high degree of accuracy.
Excellent
communication
and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding environment. A
