Stay updated on changes in cannabis legislation and advise clients on potential impacts on their business operations.
Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings related to cannabis business disputes.
Qualifications:
Experience in cannabis business law, small business law, or administrative law.
Strong understanding or quick ability to learn state and federal regulations related to the cannabis industry.
Proven track record in handling business formation, contracts, and licensing for small businesses.
Excellent legal research skills.
Member of the Oklahoma Bar Association.
