You’ve been working in a call centre environment for a while now. You know how to handle pressure, hit targets, and communicate with all types of people. You’ve proven yourself.

- You have experience in a call centre or high-volume phone-based role (e.g. Call Centre Agent, Telesales, Customer Service Advisor, Outbound Agent)
- You are ready to put in the hard work and get the recognition you deserve

- You are fluent in English and hold an EU passport or EU citizenship
