In this dynamic full-time role, you will work closely with Crown Prosecutors to prepare essential legal documents for criminal cases. Your responsibility includes organizing materials from electronic sources, scheduling witness travel, and ensuring smooth court processes. Proficiency in legal software aids in maintaining file integrity while excellent communication fosters relationships with law enforcement and witnesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, prepare, and file court documents effectively

• Organize witness arrangements and travel plans

• Liaise with agencies to ensure subpoena delivery

• Conduct legal research as directed by prosecutors

• Ensure case files are accurate and up-to-date in JOIN and PRISM

Requirements:

• Minimum two-year diploma in legal studies or equivalent

• At least one year of relevant legal administrative experience

• Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills

• Experience working with JOIN, PRISM, or similar systems

• Cover letter required summarizing criminal law experience
