Job Title: Real Estate Associate Attorney

Firm: Law Firm of Earl P. White
Location: Rutherford, NJ
Type: Full-Time | Non-Equity Partner Track

About the Firm

The Law Firm of Earl P. White is a growing, real estate-focused law firm serving New Jersey. We represent first-time homebuyers, residential sellers, landlords, individuals leasing property, and those transferring title, or handling property-related issues.

Clients rely on us for responsive, practical, and clear legal guidance—whether buying their first home, managing a closing, negotiating a lease, or needing help with a deed transfer. Our real estate services span transactions, leasing, land use, and property tax appeals.

We’ve built a robust digital intake system that generates a steady flow of inquiries from Google, SEO, and social media. We use Lawmatics, Gavel, and Asana to automate intake, streamline communication, and book consultations directly to the attorney’s calendar.

We are also expanding a multidisciplinary team that includes partners focused on land-use and zoning, landlord-tenant law, and estate planning—offering clients full-service real estate representation and attorneys a network of internal referrals and collaboration.

Why This Role Is Unique

This is a real estate-focused position within a firm built entirely around the needs of buyers, sellers, landlords, and property owners. You won’t be dropped into a general practice—you’ll be joining a team that lives and breathes real estate law, with attorneys and support staff who understand the pace, challenges, and expectations of this niche.

You’ll receive a modest but stable base salary, with the real income opportunity driven by performance-based incentives. The firm provides a steady stream of prospective clients through a proven digital marketing strategy and referral network, allowing you to build your book of business without starting from scratch.

If you’re the kind of attorney who enjoys speaking directly with clients, taking initiative, and treating your caseload like your own business, this role offers the tools and structure to help you scale your income. You’ll be supported with legal assistants, intake systems, and automated workflows—so you can focus on building relationships, closing deals, and growing a practice.

This is a unique opportunity for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who wants autonomy, volume, and a team that shares the same focus on real estate and client service.
