The McCullough Group, a respected Salt Lake City law firm, is seeking an experienced
Business/Transactional Attorney(or general civil practice attorney) with aportable book of business to join our collaborative and entrepreneurial team.

What We’re Looking For
6+ yearsof legal experience in business transactions, real estate, or M&A
Aportable book of business(required)
Strong academic credentials and client relationship skills
A self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial setting
You’ll contribute to our existing transactional and M&A work while continuing to grow your own client base—with the full support of our team and resources.
