Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Business Litigation Attorney with over 7 years of experience to join their team in Denver, CO. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of business law matters, from pre-litigation analysis to trial, in a dynamic and growing firm.
Duties
- Handle day-to-day responsibilities for business law matters.
- Conduct pre-litigation analysis and provide client recommendations.
- Draft and litigate various business agreements and employment law documents.
- Manage own caseload with a high degree of initiative.
- Participate in trials and arbitrations as first chair.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a practicing attorney in business law.
- Licensed to practice law in Colorado.
- Experience with corporate and employment law, including drafting and litigating agreements.
- Knowledge of trial and hearing procedures, including Colorado and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
- Exceptional writing skills and attention to detail.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
Colorado Bar License.
