Business Litigation Associate Attorney (Full-Time) (Hybrid in Newark, NJ)
Location:
Hybrid schedule in Newark, New Jersey
Salary: $190k – $200K Range Base Salary
Must-Haves:
6-12 years of complex commercial and business litigation experience.
Strong writing skills necessary to draft complaints, answers, discovery requests, and responses.
Business litigation experience with breach of contract, shareholder issues, and business disputes.
Requirements:
6-12 years of complex commercial and business litigation experience.
Strong research skills and oral communication.
Qualifications:
Possess a JD from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.
Must be licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey.
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and to interact directly with clients.
