Full time position.
Our company provides services to attorneys who litigate cases involving medical issues. Our services our vital to the success of their case. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can assist our current staff with daily and weekly tasks associates with the needs of our clients.
The work primarily consists of managing the logistics between our service providers and the law firms, coordinating meeting and phone conferences, administrative tasks and completing other daily ad hoc items that arise.
Attention to detail is vital
Customer service experience welcomed
Proper and accurate communication, both in writing and verbal
Ability to multitask
College degree preferred but not required
