We are looking for a paralegal with substantial experience in corporate matters (LLC filings, corporate real estate transactions, preparing standard business documents such as operating agreements and corporate resolutions). Knowledge of estate planning (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, etc.) would be a huge plus. The ideal candidate will be a humble, confident, and joyful team player with excellent pro-active problem-solving skills, and high attention to detail. They should describe themselves as a self-starter and possess the ability to learn quickly and adapt.
This position promises substantial, and often primary, client contact, autonomy, and significant potential to enhance and broaden skills/knowledge in the legal areas of corporate, tax, and commercial real estate.

Objectives of this Role:
· Serve as primary paralegal to two amazing attorneys and alongside a legal assistant to efficiently manage and organize caseload, effectively prioritize casework, and assist in all forms necessary to allow the attorney(s) to focus on what they do best.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
· Communicate extensively and professionally with clients via phone, in-person, and email to gather information, set up appointments, discuss drafted documents, make changes to documents, and answer general client inquiries.
· Ensure work is constantly organized, prioritized, and processed efficiently.
· Assist attorney(s) with drafting, revising, and finalizing documents.
· Communicate with relevant government agency representatives, financial advisors, tax professionals, banks, and insurance companies relating to case work for client.
· Prepare legal services agreements (LSAs) for client review and signature.
· Manage basic administrative duties as requested (e.g., invoicing, printing, copying, and scanning of client and attorney documents). Upload and organize scanned documents to electronic client files.
· Assist attorney(s) in all aspects the business law process ensuring quality service to our clients as well as our internal lawyers and staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to multitask and manage time wisely
· Ability to work well with others and be a team player
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Associate degree or a bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or a related field
· 5 years of experience
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
· Proven paralegal experience in estate planning
· Paralegal certificate
· Previous experience using the Clio platform
· Advanced knowledge of, and experience with, financial statements and products
· Adept at learning new software
