Business Law Attorney – Real Estate – Mid-Level Jobs in Madison, WI at Stafford Rosenbaum LLP
Downtown Personal Injury law firm in search of a bookkeeper to pay bills, do payroll, work with CPA to do taxes, enter credit charges, etc. That bookkeeping job may only require 6 to 8 hours per week. Additionally, there remainder of full-time employment, in addition to the above-referenced bookkeeping, includes simple, entry level assistant work, for a full 40 hours per week. It does not require any paralegal experience to do that administrative work.
Job Requirements: One to Two years’ experience working in busy office environment doing bookkeeping, reviewing and balancing bank statements, paying bills, inputting credit charges, etc.
Must have strong bookkeeping skills and computer skills and the ability to learn software applications quickly. Experience with QuickBooks is preferred. Careful attention to detail is very, very critical.
Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously. The successful candidate must consistently follow through and follow-up, have a positive attitude, be self-motivated and a self-starter, be productive and must be 100% committed to providing top-notch service to our clients.
Hours are Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. through 5:30 a.m. Salary commensurate with experience and but likely to start at $18.00/hr. This position may increase in pay with growth as well. For serious consideration, please submit resume and cover letter. RELIABLE transportation is a must.
