We are looking for a highly experienced business immigration paralegal ready to bring precision, drive, and client-first service to a fast-paced, specialized practice.
Pay: $34.00–$41.00/hour, DOE
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Conduct client intakes and prepare employment-based immigration cases as assigned by attorneys, supporting the preparation, filing, and monitoring of a wide range of immigration matters, including:
o Athlete visas (P-1, P-1S)
o Extraordinary ability/talent visas (O-1A, O-1B)
o Family- and employment-based adjustment of status (I-130/I-485)
o Permanent residency (EB-1A, EB-2, EB-3, NIW, NTZ) and other visa petitions
· Communicate proactively with clients and foreign nationals on procedural updates and case processing issues.
· Work directly with clients to gather required information and documentation in a timely, organized manner.
· Draft forms, letters, and case filings with a high standard of accuracy.
· Stay current on filing procedures, forms, fees, mailing requirements, and other intake protocols.
TECHNOLOGY & SYSTEMS

· Proficient with immigration case management platform (Docketwise).
· Comfortable with government e-filing systems (USCIS ELIS, DOL, FLAG/PERM portal).
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat.
· Tech-forward mindset, AI tools and new legal technology to increase speed and accuracy.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s degree required; J.D. preferred.
· 5 or more years of business immigration experience.
· Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload without sacrificing quality or productivity.
· Sharp attention to detail and strong independent judgment.
· Composure and adaptability under pressure and shifting deadlines.
Pay: $34.00 – $41.00 per hour
