We are a small but fast-growing Personal Injury law firm headquartered in Atlanta. We are looking for an All-Star Salesperson (also called our Sales Manager & Client Engagement Specialist to ensure that the firm is always putting its best foot forward for potential new clients. The position will entail both sales and customer service responsibilities. We are seeking an experienced and value-driven sales professional with an empathetic and industrious approach– a person who can expertly close client contracts by conveying the value of our expert legal services to potential clients while also optimizing the client experience.

You will work closely with other members of the team to develop and maintain relationships with clients and referral sources. You must excel at making our potential clients feel confident in our ability to serve them and consistently secure the legal engagement agreement. You will help us realize our vision of helping more people!

This position is only for all-star sales professionals who can sell legal services and cultivate new relationships to generate new leads. We provide training in what you need to know to best help clients, and for the right person, this will be a highly rewarding position personally, professionally, and financially.

No legal experience? No problem! While legal knowledge isn’t required, we do expect prior sales or customer service experience. We can teach you the ins and outs of how a case moves through the system, but we can’t teach you how to truly care about clients facing catastrophic injuries. Compensation: $50,000.00 (earning potential $80,000 – $100,000 with incentives)

Duties

Ensure customer needs are met by staying on top of our services, competition, and market conditions in the Personal Injury industry
Inform company of all sales activities, including new client development, account status, and potential customer needs
Create and fulfill a client acquisition strategy
Attend online and in-person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Applicants should have 5+ years of inside or outside sales experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
