URGENT HIRE | Business & Finance Attorney | Pittsburgh, PA
A highly respected and growing law firm is actively seeking a Business & Finance Attorney (3-7 years) to join its dynamic Pittsburgh office. This is a standout opportunity to work directly with senior leadership while advising a diverse commercial client base on sophisticated transactions.

What You’ll Do:
- Partner closely with shareholders on high-level business matters
- Lead and support mergers & acquisitions transactions
- Handle commercial lending deals from start to finish
- Draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including:
- Advise on entity formation, governance, and structuring, including tax considerations
- Serve as a trusted advisor to commercial clients across multiple industries
• What You Bring:
- JD + Active Pennsylvania license required
- 3-7 years of experience (law firm)
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local laws
- Proven ability to draft, negotiate, and close complex transactions
- Excellent writing, communication, and client-facing skills
- Business-minded approach with the ability to understand and advocate for client goals
- Professional presence with a strong commitment to client service
