Seasoned 10+ Year Attorney – Commercial Litigation
Are you a Seasoned or Senior Attorney with 10-plus years in practice looking to join a reputable firm with a strong presence in Miami, FL, and on a Partner path? Jacqueline Salcines PA is seeking a talented individual to lead our Commercial Litigation practice. With a competitive salary of $140,000 plus a bonus based on production, this role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of different cases including landlord-tenant, real estate disputes, commercial disputes, consumer protection, and foreclosure defense while making a real impact in the legal field. As part of our team, you will be instrumental in representing clients in commercial litigation matters, showcasing your expertise and strategic thinking.
The role not only includes the ability to mentor and be part of a winning team but also to manage the litigation department and become a partner.

Compensation:
$140,000 yearly + bonus
Responsibilities:
Represent clients in commercial litigation cases
Analyze legal issues and develop strategies to resolve cases
Conduct legal research and prepare relevant legal documents
Attend court hearings
Collaborate with opposing counsel
Attend Mediation
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding commercial litigation matters
Attend trial
Prepare and analyze discovery
Summary Judgment motions
Knowledge of Westlaw
Qualifications:
JD and Florida Bar Member
Minimum 10 years experience
Action-oriented
Excellent communication and writing skills
Trial Experience
Abilit to work alone
Organized
Confident
Attention to detail
Client representation experience
Motion and hearing experience
Senior attorney experience
Team Player
Must be fully bilingual
