Harmon Law Offices, PC seeks an attorney to handle creditors’ rights and real estate cases in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. The candidate must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The position involves the management of foreclosure cases from inception to post sale covering several jurisdictions. While the position is primarily transactional, some court coverage may be required. The position includes preparation and review of legal documents, oversight of legal staff, and assistance of clients through the legal and regulatory process involved in completing a successful foreclosure. We emphasize timeline adherence and work quality, so we are looking for attorneys with strong attention to detail. Real estate and title knowledge is very helpful.
Our ideal candidate is a motivated attorney who is detail-oriented and organized. We are looking for inquisitive attorneys who are motivated to learn and value excellence. You should have three or more years in the field of real estate law; familiarity with foreclosures is preferred. Admission to the Rhode Island Bar is required. Additional bar admission in Massachusetts and/or New Hampshire is strongly preferred.
