Job Description
How you will contribute?
- administrative management of the trademark, design, and domain name portfolio
- updating archives and databases
- organization and filing of documentation
- support with basic administrative tasks, including invoice checks
- preparation of documentation and correspondence in support of legal activities
- monitoring deadlines and supporting renewal activities
- basic research in the field of intellectual and industrial property
Who you are?
- student currently enrolled in a degree program in Law or a related field
- interest in intellectual and industrial property law
- Italian mother tongue and good command of the English language
- proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, and familiarity with AI tools
- precision and strong organizational skills
