A well-established law firm specializing in property law is seeking an experienced Bonds & Transfer Paralegal to join their team. The successful candidate will handle both bond and transfer matters, ensuring accurate and efficient processing in line with legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing and lodging documents related to bond registrations, cancellations, and transfers
Drafting and processing conveyancing documents for property transfers
Liaising with banks, attorneys, clients, and the Deeds Office
Maintaining accurate records and managing case files
Ensuring compliance with legal and procedural requirements
Assisting attorneys with general paralegal duties as required
Minimum requirements:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in property conveyancing, with specific experience in bonds and transfers
Strong knowledge of Deeds Office procedures
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office and legal software
Strong written and verbal communication skills
