Job Overview
Are you a seasoned litigation professional ready to make your mark at a thriving firm? We are currently seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney or Partner-level Attorney with deep experience in Property Damage Litigation to join our growing Atlanta office.
This is a high-impact role for an attorney who thrives on courtroom advocacy, complex legal challenges, and providing strategic counsel to clients across Georgia and in Federal Court.
What You’ll Do
Claims Management – Evaluate, negotiate, and resolve property damage claims with efficiency and precision.
Litigation & Dispute Resolution – Lead litigation strategies and manage cases from intake to resolution or trial.
Legal Research & Compliance – Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, case law, regulations, and policy interpretation.
Client Representation – Represent clients at all stages of litigation including depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
Case Preparation – Draft motions, pleadings, legal briefs, and discovery responses.
Risk Mitigation – Advise clients on proactive strategies to reduce liability and avoid disputes.
Court Appearances – Handle court proceedings in both Georgia and Federal Court.
What We’re Looking For
Active Georgia Bar membership.
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
5+ years of litigation experience, specifically in Property Damage.
Strong command of both Georgia and Federal Court procedures.
Proven trial experience is a major plus.
A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
