POSITION MISSION: To solidify client relationships by diligently overseeing and managing timely communication with Attorneys and Clients.

JOB SUMMARY: KKOS Lawyers is in pursuit of the ideal Administrative Professional who understands the importance of a smooth client journey and is able to reliably facilitate it. Our Rexburg Team is a spirited, supportive group that brings creativity, humor, and dedication to every interaction, fostering a workplace where everyone strives to strengthen both Clients and Coworkers. Administrative Assistants in the Client Services Department demonstrate genuine care for our clients by working directly with at least two Attorneys to proficiently guide and facilitate the implementation of their client’s business and tax strategies.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT KEY DUTIES:

o Collaborate with Attorneys to deliver a high-touch satisfying service to clients

o Field client inquiries and answer questions regarding company services and pricing

o Collect and store billing information

o Manage documents, including sending, receiving, and gathering all required documentation necessary for the delivery of services

o Input and manage updates to client contact and account information

o Track appointment data

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· People person with a positive personality

· Professional who understands workplace demeanor and who can deliver outstanding client service while skillfully supporting at least 2 Attorneys

· Excellent verbal and written communication

· Strong work ethic with good attendance and punctuality

· Attention to detail

· Easy to work with

· Adaptability in a growing organization including willingness to collaborate to achieve department goals, and to perform additional tasks as assigned

· Superior computer skills including knowledge of Google Workspace

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
