Mid-sized insurance defense litigation firm is looking for experienced FLORIDA BODILY INJURY DEFENSE LITIGATION ATTORNEYS to join their MIAMI team (We allow HYBRID REMOTE work-from-home).
Should have substantial experience with FLORIDA Bodily Injury Defense cases, namely Motor Vehicle Accidents, Trucking, Premises Liability and other General Liability cases.
***IDEAL Candidates have 5 + years experience in FL Bodily Injury Defense Litigation with Trial Prep experience.***
DUTIES: reviewing and analyzing new files from assignment by the adjuster, drafting pleadings, motions, issuing written discovery, answering discovery, review and analysis of medical records/bills to identify damages, deposition prep, depositions, arguing motions, attending court hearings, mediations, trials client phone calls, and regularly preparing comprehensive status reports to the clients. Should have experience with expert witness depositions and preparing for same. Should also have trial experience or at least “trial prep” experience. Must have experience with billable hours.
