Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and motivate a team of 8-9 direct reports, setting goals and ensuring top-notch performance.
Oversee eBilling processes, identify trends, and provide solutions to minimize invoice reductions and rejections.
Collaborate with clients, billing specialists, and internal teams to resolve issues and drive improvements.
Utilize advanced Excel functions and eBilling tools like Legal Tracker, Counsel Link, and more to ensure accurate submissions.
Manage competing priorities and client deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of legal eBilling experience (knowledge of eBilling
Hub, Bill Blast, and Aderant preferred).
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to thrive under pressure, particularly during peak times like year-end (September through December).
Proficiency in MS Office and advanced Excel functions.
A proactive approach to resolving complex issues and enhancing workflows.
