The initial pay is $20 to $30 per hour plus bonuses.
We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual (Spanish and English) Intake Specialist to join our legal support team. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients seeking legal assistance, ensuring a warm, professional, and efficient intake process. Your energetic approach will help guide clients through initial consultations, gather essential information, schedule follow up for the attorney. Your strong organizational skills will contribute to delivering exceptional service while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in all interactions.
Duties
- Conduct engaging interviews with clients in both Spanish and English to gather comprehensive case information across various legal areas such as estate planning
- Collect and document client data accurately using document management systems
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while managing multiple cases efficiently
- Support administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments using Microsoft Office tools
Requirements
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly
- Experience in telephonic or in person sales is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and client communication skills; professional demeanor at all times
