Bilingual Paralegal

Personal injury experience is a must. Pay is $80-$85k (negotiable for the right person), with paid parking and health insurance after 60 days.
We are particularly looking for:
Close attention to detail; a person’s resume is the first chance to impress, and if it contains typos and errors, we will pass right away.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Initiative and proactivity.
Good tenure over the years; we prefer candidates who are not job hoppers.
Experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a firm of our size.
Familiarity with deadlines.
Experience with eFiling.
Understanding that this is an in-person position.
