This Position:
Our client is one of the nation’s leading global commercial real estate services firms for property owners and occupiers. The client seeks a real estate attorney or a commercial attorney with real estate experience who has extensive experience negotiating services agreements. This attorney should be able to quickly understand various parts of an agreement (e.g. indemnification, confidentiality, and limitation of liability) and how these connect with one another.
Candidates must have excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage competing, concurrent demands. Candidates must be willing and able to be successful in a demanding and responsive culture where commercial brokers (both internally and externally) are seeking quick turnaround times.
This position will start ASAP and be for an anticipated duration of 4 to 6 months, 30 hours per week. It is 100% remote; the attorney can be located anywhere in the US.
The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $80 and $105 per hour. This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on their qualifications, skillset, relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
