Legal Advisor
Location:
Abu Dhabi(Head Office Baniyas Area)
Salary Range
: AED 10000 to AED 12000
Key Responsibilities:
Review and draft lease contracts for retailproperties. Manage legal contracts tied tobusiness operations. Prepare review and adviseon Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs). Providelegal expertise in lease disputes and related courtcases. Ensure compliance with UAE laws andregulations relevant to
retail operations
.
Offer guidance on legal risks and develop mitigationstrategies. Act as a bridge between internalteams and external legal authorities. Serve asthe first point of contact for legal and complaintmatters. Requirements:
Fluency in Arabic and English (written andspoken). Solid experience in legal contractmanagement and lease dispute resolution.
