About the role We’re looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) lawyer with experience in both the U.S. and Colombian legal systems, to handle all types of legal matters for the company: lawsuits, contract documentation, regulatory compliance, and general legal advice in both countries.
Responsibilities
- Handle and manage all types of company legal matters (lawsuits, contracts, documentation).
- Provide legal guidance for operations in both Colombia and the United States.
- Be available to attend the Medellín office when required.
- Coordinate with external attorneys or entities when needed.
- Ensure the company’s legal and regulatory compliance in both jurisdictions.
Requirements
- Law degree, with proven experience handling legal matters in the USA and Colombia.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) — advanced/professional level in both languages.
- Availability to respond to urgent requests outside regular hours.
- Nice to have: valid U.S. visa (not required).
- Excellent communication and legal drafting skills in both languages.

Pay: $54,302.93 – $65,397.07 per year
