Your Role:
You will be greeting our prospective clients with compassion in order to create a warm, supportive environment. Trust is key for allowing our prospective clients to comfortably share their experiences. Once you get a diligent understanding of the situation after lending an empathetic ear, you qualify the case for our services.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial phone consultations or in-person meetings with prospective clients to gather information about their legal issues.
- Screen prospective clients to determine if they have a valid case.
- Communicate with clients and build trust.
- Maintain meticulous and updated records.
- Ensure that all intake processes are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical rules.
Qualifications:
- FLUENCY IN SPANISH – REQUIRED
- Full-Time Availability
- Previous Legal Experience
- Previous Sales Experience

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
