PARALEGAL – INSURANCE DEFENSE LITIGATION – Part-Time, Remote, (10 + hours/week)
Insurance Defense Paralegal needed to support a busy Insurance Defense practice. The focus of the firm is to develop and maintain long-term client partnerships through the creation of an exceptional client experience. Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience with all aspects of Insurance Defense, including the following:
Experience and Hard Skills:
Ability to summarize document production for use in litigation in an organized format so that the attorney can review the summary and then locate pertinent records easily;
Ability to timeline medical records for personal injury cases, including identifying relevant information following a briefing on the case issues with the attorney;
Ability to answer discovery responses, including asserting objections and substantive responses, based on an understanding of the issues in the litigation;
May include work on Plaintiff cases but will primarily be Defense.
