Established Personal Injury law firm is seeking a Bilingual Call Center Specialist in Kissimmee for Intake and phone duties. Candidates must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish, self-motivated and able to handle heavy call volume. Must have computer skills. Legal experience preferred but not required. Position requires remote from home on some weekdays.
Responsibilities include answering phones, screening, meeting new potential clients and misc clerical duties.
Position is available immediately.
