Bilingual Spanish Attorney

With a commitment to excellence and a focus on client satisfaction, we are seeking an a bilingual Spanish Associate Attorney to join our thriving employment law defense team.
We are currently seeking a full-time or part-time Associate Attorney with a background in civil litigation or employment law. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record of successfully handling litigation matters.

This is an in-person position so you must live within commuting distance of our Rocklin office. Dog-friendly offices.
Compensation:
$105,000 – $200,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and arbitrations.
Advocate on behalf of clients in negotiations and settlements.
Provide legal guidance to individuals, businesses, or organizations.
Explain rights, obligations, and potential legal outcomes.
Qualifications:
Class Action and PAGA matters: handle litigation from start to finish including discovery, depositions, and motion work.
Trial and Trial preparation: prepare for and attend trial as necessary.
Legal Research:
Stay current on labor and employment laws and regulations, conducting legal research to ensure clients are informed and compliant.
Client Management:
Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business needs and providing effective legal solutions.
Negotiation:
Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients to resolve disputes efficiently and effectively.
Must have a CALIFORNIA bar license.
Must be able to work on site.
