BID ADMINISTRATOR
JOB PURPOSE:
The Bid Administrator is responsible for managing and coordinating all bid-related activities, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
This role involves liaising with internal teams, client representatives, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout the bidding process—from initial enquiry through to final submission. Key duties include tracking progress, analysing tender documents, preparing the submission documentation in compliance with RFP/ client requirements. Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, while having the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, facilities management, or a related field.Â
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and compelling proposals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with bid management software.
Experience and background in the bid coordination and preparation
Demonstrate effective time management skills to meet project deadlines and perform successfully under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
High level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Proven ability to work on complex bids and coordinate with multiple stakeholders, while delivering quality proposals within tight deadlines.
Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to foster relationships and drive alignment across teams.
