Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Bartender Housekeeper to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits with precision and flair.
- Develop and suggest beverage recipes to enhance the guest experience and promote sales.
- Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and sanitizing work surfaces in accordance with food safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Assist in food service operations when needed, including serving food and supporting catering or banquet events.
- Uphold all food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience in bartending within a hospitality or restaurant environment, especially in fine dining or upscale venues.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, spirits, and craft beer brewing processes.
- Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks during busy service hours while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer care.
- Ability to develop new beverage recipes and contribute creatively to menu offerings.
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hospitality setting is preferred to ensure the bar area remains pristine.
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards and basic math skills for retail math and cash handling accuracy.

Pay: $30,000.00 – $40,000.00 per year
