Job Overview:
We are seeking skilled Bartenders to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in bartending, possess excellent customer service skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
– Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic drinks, to customers following standard recipes
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
– Check customers’ identification and confirm legal drinking age
– Handle cash and operate the cash register
– Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns promptly
– Upsell beverages and suggest new drink options
– Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate drink orders with food orders
Experience:
– Previous experience in bartending or a related role is preferred
– Knowledge of POS system and food safety practices is a plus
– Proficiency in cash handling and familiarity with cash registers
– Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume setting
– Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
