Job Description:
A leading international law firm is seeking a Court & Calendar Researcher to join its docketing team. This hybrid position supports high-stakes litigation by maintaining accurate court calendars and researching procedural deadlines. You’ll play a key role in supporting attorneys, paralegals, and legal staff across various U.S. offices.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain firm, team, and attorney calendars with accuracy and timeliness
Research and interpret court rules to ensure correct docketing of litigation deadlines
Calculate deadlines using legal calendaring systems (e.g., CompuLaw, PATTSY)
Respond to inquiries regarding case status, filing requirements, and court procedures
Support e-filing and electronic service processes
Liaise with internal departments to coordinate litigation support
Assist with special projects and work overtime as needed
Required Skills & Experience:
2+ years of litigation docketing experience in a law firm or corporate legal department (required)
Proficiency with legal calendaring systems such as CompuLaw or PATTSY (required)
Understanding of Federal and State Rules of Civil Procedure and court filing requirements (required)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive
Familiarity with U.S. Bankruptcy and IP court rules is a plus
Qualifications:
Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent professional experience required
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $63,518.00 – $73,000.00 per year
