The Opportunity:
Magna Legal Services is seeking individuals with an interest in the legal field to join our team! Key Responsibilities:
· Represent the company in a professional manner
· Interact with high-level clients virtually and in-person
· Proofread legal documents with accuracy
· Create reports summarizing client interactions
· Collaborate with attorneys
Qualifications:
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Zoom for video conferencing and communication
· Excellent editing/grammar skills, transcription experience a plus
· Strong attention to detail
· Reliably punctual and deadline oriented
· Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills
· High degree of professionalism for internal and external stakeholders
· Comfortable learning and troubleshooting new software
