Ideal candidate must have at least three years of experience with an emphasis on residential and commercial real estate transactions.

Qualifications:
Experience with all phases of real estate closings
Must be detail oriented and organized
Must have the ability to problem solve and multi-task
Excellent verbal, written and analytical skills
Experience preparing and filing legal documents (RI, Federal and State Courts)
Experience filing annual reports and forming corporations
Strong computer skills
Paralegal certificate is required
Salary Range $50,000 – $70,000
