Position Title: Bankruptcy Attorney

About the Opportunity:
Our client, an Am Law 200 firm known for its boutique-like culture, is seeking a Bankruptcy Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in complex bankruptcy matters, including transactional and litigation components.
Work collaboratively with teams across multiple jurisdictions.
Draft, negotiate, and review detailed legal documents.
Conduct legal research and provide strategic analysis to support case development.
Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and hearings.
Deliver high-quality legal counsel that aligns with client objectives.
Qualifications:
Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school, with strong academic credentials.
Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of relevant bankruptcy law experience; litigation experience is preferred but not required.
Licensure:
Admission to the Bar in Delaware, New York, or New Jersey.
Skills:
Strong written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary Range: $185,000 to $310,000, commensurate with experience.
