A top-tier Irish law firm seeks a dynamic lawyer to advise on high-profile real estate finance, development financing, and structured lending deals, collaborating with major financial institutions, investors, and corporates.
Responsibilities
Advise lenders and borrowers on complex real estate finance, development financing, and structured lending transactions.
Draft and negotiate loan agreements, security packages, and intercreditor arrangements.
Act on corporate financings, leveraged and acquisition financings, and investment structuring.
Counsel clients on fund finance, green and sustainable finance, mezzanine finance, and loan sales.
Lead and coordinate multi-jurisdictional finance transactions with international counsel.

Candidate Profile
Qualified solicitor with 4-8 years; PQE gained with a large or mid-sized law firm in Ireland or the in another Common Law jurisdiction
Strong experience in banking, real estate finance, or structured finance.
Commercially astute with excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage complex transactions and work collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
Proactive, detail-oriented.
