The Role
You will join one of the leading Banking & Finance teams in Ireland. You will have the opportunity to work with a global client base on complex, high-value, cross-border transactions across a wide range of finance and structured products.
The firm in Dublin has recently grown to over 200 heads, with no plans to slow its growth. There has been significant focus on continued expansion in 2026. There is a chance to gain exposure to international work that can only be accessed by International Law firms of this size.
Some examples of your work will include:
- Advising on debt capital markets transactions, including issuance programmes and private placements.
- Working on structured finance and securitisation transactions (ABS, CMBS, CLOs, RMBS and synthetic structures).
- Acting on fund finance, private credit, and real estate finance matters.
- Advising on derivatives, risk transfer arrangements, and complex financing structures.
- Supporting loan portfolio sales and secured/unsecured corporate debt transactions.
- Advising on green finance and ESG-related products.
- Navigating securities law and regulatory considerations across jurisdictions.
The Person
You will be a strong fit if you bring:
- 3+ years’ PQE in Finance, Structured Finance, or Debt Capital Markets.
- Experience gained in a leading law firm or relevant environment.
- Strong academic background
- Ability to manage complex transactions and competing deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
