Key responsibilities
- Advise clients on the structuring, formation, and operation of Luxembourg structures (GP/SCSp, Securitization vehicles, Soparfi, etc.);
- Draft and negotiate complex finance documentation and corporate governance structures;
- Lead M&A transactions and corporate reorganizations for both regulated and unregulated entities;
- Innovate by integrating AI tools into daily legal workflows to increase efficiency and focus on high-value tasks.
Your profile
- Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in Luxembourg, specifically in corporate law and/or banking & finance;
- Qualification : Fully qualified Avocat à la Cour in Luxembourg;
- Languages : Excellent command of English and French, any other language is an asset;
- Mindset: Independent, proactive, collaborative and client-focused, with a high level of professional commitment;
- Skills: Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
