· Hours: Full-time, In Person, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
· Compensation: 23/hour + Performance Incentives

The Ideal Teammate
· Previous legal experience is helpful, but not required—we value your people skills above all else.
· At least one (1) year of prior experience in an office environment or call center, with an emphasis on reliability.
You must have a natural gift for making people feel at ease, over the phone, during stressful conversations.

Your Day-to-Day Impact
Skillfully conduct initial client consultations over the phone to identify case potential
Transform chaotic situations into organized case foundations
Fully digital intake platform
Coordinate seamlessly with attorneys to ensure smooth case handoffs
Maintain meticulous documentation critical to case success
Provide clear, compassionate updates to clients navigating unfamiliar legal processes
