Litigation Paralegal Opportunity

We’re seeking an Litigation Paralegal to join our team of attorneys and legal professionals. While our caseload spans complex matters in both state and federal courts, we maintain a close-knit, collaborative environment.

Location: Austin, TX (hybrid position with weekly in-office presence required). Occasional travel for trials may be necessary.

Qualifications: We’re looking for someone to partner directly with our attorneys through all litigation phases, from case inception to trial and beyond. This position welcomes expertise in drafting pleadings, managing discovery processes, and supporting comprehensive trial preparation. Our ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership of their work and doesn’t wait to be told what to do next. They follow up, problem-solve, and see tasks through to completion without needing micromanagement. They anticipate needs before they arise, spot potential issues early, and take proactive steps to address them. They have excellent written and verbal communication skills and outstanding organizational abilities with proven capacity to manage competing deadlines. In short, our ideal candidate is detail oriented, thinks ahead, takes initiative, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities

Draft administrative claims, pleadings, motions, discovery documents, and appellate filings
Support case investigations and evidence collection efforts
Maintain meticulous case files, discovery indexes, and trial exhibits
Assist in preparation depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
Assist with voir dire, jury selection, witness preparation, and trial logistics
Liaise with clients, expert witnesses, opposing counsel, and relevant third parties
Manage administrative duties including deadline calendaring and case logistics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
