Automotive Auction / Title Clerk
Job Description
Process the required paperwork for the legal transfer of automotive tiles for wholesale transactions. Assist in front office administrative functions.

Responsibilities

Work with the team and individually on auction administrative functions.
Able to complete all title paperwork per DMV requirements and verify all necessary information for the legal transfer of auto tiles.
Create and maintain detailed records in auction computer system. Work with team to resolve any issues.
Communicate effective by phone and email with customers.
Follow up on outstanding customer service matters until resolved.

Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience: 2 years minimum experience as an automotive title clerk.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $16-$19 based on experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
No weekends
