Dordick Law Corporation, an award winning civil litigation personal injury law firm, is seeking an experienced litigation paralegal. Our practice is primarily focused on catastrophic personal injury including sexual assault. This is not a remote or hybrid position. You must be willing and able to work at our DTLA or Riverside office.

As a litigation paralegal at Dordick Law, you’ll be working with an exceptionally talented team of dedicated legal practitioners. Key Responsibilities:
Court filings/eFiling (State and Fed)
Tracking SOLs
Discovery – Propounding and Responding
Reservation of Court Hearing Dates
Preparing Subpoena Objections for Records / Depos
Preparing Stipulations to Cont. Trial
Organizing Team meetings (setting up and participating)
Expert Retention
Sending Experts any and all material for review, including their own transcripts
Noticing Depositions / Subpoenas for Depos.
Drafting CMC Statements / Initial Trial Setting Conference Statement
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Incredible organizational skills
High proficiency with technology, including AI
Minimum 3+ years of experience in civil litigation
Bachelor’s degree required
Must be adept in Office365, CA Code of Civil Procedure and Local Rules, and CRM/CMS
Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required
You must be punctual, detail-oriented, organized, excellent in time management, and interested in your career.

Salary
$90,000 – $120,000 per year
