Job Description:
We are seeking a newly barred attorney or an attorney with limited workers’ compensation experience who is eager to
learn and grow
within this specialized field. This is an excellent opportunity to develop

, a strong moral compass, and a desire to serve vulnerable communities.
Responsibilities:
Represent clients in workers’ compensation cases, including hearings, depositions, and mediations.
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Manage a caseload under the guidance and mentorship of experienced attorneys.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality representation and positive outcomes for clients.
Stay up to date with changes in workers’ compensation law and related areas.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Admission to the [State] Bar (newly barred attorneys are encouraged to apply).
Strong commitment to social justice and advocacy for underserved populations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Prior experience in a non-profit or legal aid setting is a plus but not required.
Genuine interest in workers’ compensation law and helping injured workers.

Monday – Friday
9am – 5:30pm
