**Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in negotiation, legal administrative tasks, drafting legal documents, and conducting thorough legal research. **Responsibilities:**
– Negotiate on behalf of clients in legal proceedings
– Conduct legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
– Draft and review various legal documents including contracts, agreements, and pleadings
– Represent clients in court proceedings
– Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
– Manage and oversee legal assistants and support staff
**Qualifications:**
– Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
– Admission to the state bar association
– Proven experience in legal research, writing, and litigation
– Strong knowledge of Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw for conducting legal research
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
– Attend client meetings (Pre-suit Attroneys must meet clients in person)

Pay: $80,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
